VRI REQUESTS:
Half hour minimum. If your scheduled time goes over, you will be billed in half hour increments.

Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) requires a computer with a webcam and high speed internet access. A test call is required before a VRI appointment to ensure there are no technical difficulties. If technical difficulties arise during the VRI session, you are still responsible for payment.

All jobs require a 48-business-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. If cancellation or rescheduling is not made before 48-business-hours of the start time of the appointment, you are still responsible for payment.

**If invoice is not paid within 30 days, a 10% late fee will be added. An additional 10% will be added to the late fee every 30 days that the invoice is not paid.**

ON-SITE REQUESTS:
Two hour minimum per interpreter needed. Jobs over 30 minutes require two interpreters (this does not apply to medical and dental appointments.)

An additional $20/hour fee will be charged for last minute or emergency jobs.

An additional $10/hour fee will be charged for same day jobs.
